  The deep red colored strawberries are rich in taste and aesthetics. Strawberries can make any meal a luxurious outlook. Strawberry is the most popular berry fruit in the berry fruit world. Strawberries are found year around but April to July is the peak seasonal time. The scientific names of Strawberries are Fragaria virginiana and Fragaria chilioensis. There are more than 600 varieties of Strawberries are available. Strawberries are identified by its deep red flesh and yellow seeds penetrating over the surface with a small green leafy cap on the head.
