Ingredients:
1 Chicken cut into small pieces
4 Tablespoon oil
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoon of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 Tablespoon of ginger paste
1 Tablespoon of garlic paste
4 Teaspoon of garam masala powder
2 Bay leaves
4 Red chilies
2 Teaspoon of coriander seeds
1 Teaspoon of red chili powder
Enough oil
Enough Salt
How to cook:
Grind coriander seeds and red chilies into a coarse
powder. Heat oil in a kadai and add bay leaves. After 30
seconds, add onions and saute till they turn into light
golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute for
2 minutes on medium flame. Then add the grinded
coriander seeds and red chilies powder and stir well.
Then add tomatoes and cook well. At last add the chicken
pieces, enough salt and red chili powder. Stir well and
cover the kadai and cook well. Sprinkle garam masala
powder over the chicken and garnish with coriander
leaves and round chopped onions.
