Grapes  
  Grapes are small round or oval fruits. Some of the grapes are with edible seeds and some are seedless. Like blueberries grapes are covered by a protective whitish bloom. There are two categories of grapes available, which we consume directly called table grapes and the other is used for wine preparation (viniculture). Thousands of varieties of grapes are available on the planet of which we consumes about 20. Grapes are belonged to variety of sizes and of colors like purple, dark blue (black), red, green, and amber.

Grapes are rich in manganese, vitamin B6, thiamin or vitamin B1, potassium, vitamin C, contain flavonoids; phytochemicals that are antioxidant compounds.
