Grapes are small round or oval fruits. Some of the

planet of which we consumes about 20. Grapes are
belonged to variety of sizes and of colors like purple,
dark blue (black), red, green, and amber.

Grapes are rich in manganese, vitamin B6, thiamin or
vitamin B1, potassium, vitamin C, contain flavonoids;
phytochemicals that are antioxidant compounds.
