Enchiladas are a popular Mexican snack and are quick and
easy to enjoy in any location and can be created to
cater for any palette. Fillings for enchiladas vary
greatly. Anything can be used that suits the recipients
taste. Chicken is the most popular filling along with
cheese and vegetable variations for vegetarians. Red and
green enchilada sauces are used both with different
flavors. The red sauce is made from tomatoes and red
chilies while the green sauce uses tomatillos and green
chilies. In place of red and green sauces traditional
