An excellent non-vegetarian food side dish as well as
starter for all purpose.
Ingredients:
1 to 1.5 lb boneless chicken
3 Tablespoon lime juice
2 Tablespoon chili powder
2 Tablespoon curd
2 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Enough Salt
Oil for deep frying
Garnishing:
Curry Leaves
Lime slices
Red Onions
Finely chopped green chilies
How to cook:
Mix all the mentioned ingredients in a bowl without oil
and put boneless chicken pieces into the mix. Keep this
for about 3-4 hours to marinate. Then fry the chicken
pieces in pan of enough oil until golden brown. For
health reasons, to reduce the oil in the chicken pieces,
pat dry it using paper towels.
Garnish it beautifully with sliced onions, green
chilies, curry leaves and lime slices. Chicken 65 is an
excellent side dish as well as starter for biryanis,
pulaos, other rice foods.
