Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken
2 Tomatoes puree in a blender
2 Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
15 Cashew nuts paste
1 ½ Tablespoon butter
3 Tablespoon cream
1 Tablespoon chilli powder
Enough oil to fry
Enough Salt
For the marinade :
1 Tablespoon tandoori masala
½ Tablespoon garam masala (cloves, cinnamon and cardamom
powdered)
2 Tablespoon lime juice
½ Tablespoon jeera
5 Tablespoon yoghurt
How to cook:
Marinate the chicken in the marinade for 1 hour. Fry the
chicken for 10 minutes in hot oil. After fried keep the
chicken aside. Golden fry the chopped onions, then add
the ginger-garlic paste and fry in sprinkling little
water now and then until the oil separates. Add the
cashew paste, chili powder, tomato paste and cook for 10
minuets. Add the butter and the cream and the chicken.
Mix well and cook until cooked. Garnish with coriander.
